In this release, we have fixed a bug when determining the file type of a document that was imported via drop zone.
The following Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations versions are supported with this release:

Bug fixes and improvements
Normal ID 16367: File type for drop zone document is determined incorrectly
If you drop a document on the drop zone, the file type of the document in the attachment is now determined correctly.
