With this release, the messages when you change the indexing definitions have been improved, among other things.
In addition, an attached document is now assigned the File group in the document types group by default.
The following Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations versions are supported with this release:

New functions and enhancements
ID 11744: Optimizing messages when adjusting indexing definitions
If you make changes to the indexing definitions in the Indexing definition form, you will now receive meaningful messages that also indicate the effects of the changes.
ID 12197: Use default document type for default document group as default
If you upload documents to a process using the drop zone, the attached document is assigned the default document type group File.
