In edoc archive service, you can monitor ERP system processes in the cockpit. To analyze the details of the processes in the respective status, click on Show cockpit in the administration.
You can perform different actions in the details of a process. However, if you want to edit several at the same time, select several processes in the tabular overview to apply the same action to several entries.
The following actions are available to you:

Ignore previous version of these processes

Delete processes
-
Restart processes

Suppose you want to perform an action for several processes at the same time.
Here's how

Click on Show cockpit in the administration of edoc archive service.

In the tabular overview, select all the processes that you want to process at the same time.

Select the appropriate action. When deleting processes, you must also confirm the deletion.
After the action has been executed, check whether all the selected processes have been successfully processed.
If there are unprocessed tasks, the tasks remain activated in the tabular overview. You can execute the action again in the details of the respective process to receive a detailed error message.
