With edoc D365 BC archivelink, you can archive documents automatically or manually in your ECM system in an audit-proof manner. Documents are archived in the ECM system on the server side without affecting the performance of the client computer.
You simply work as usual in your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.
A connection in two directions
While you and your team work in your familiar Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, outgoing documents (e.g. sales order confirmations, outgoing invoices, purchase orders, packing slips) are automatically archived in your ECM system.
With the help of the drop zone function in edoc archivelink, you can also automatically archive external documents (e.g. quotations, calculations, e-mails) in the ECM system.
