Understanding edoc D365 BC plugin ecm (overview)

The edoc D365 BC plugin ecm application acts as an adapter between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and an ECM system, e.g. d.3one (d.velop documents on-premises) or Microsoft SharePoint. With the edoc plug-in, you not only create a seamless connection between the systems so that your users can work in their familiar ERP environment. At the same time, you can use the mapping of properties to define which ECM information your users can access directly in the browser without leaving their familiar Dynamics 365 environment.

Simple mapping of ECM and ERP fields

In the administration of edoc D365 BC plugin ecm, you map all fields from the ECM system to the fields in Dynamics 365 Business Central so that your users can switch directly from a process in Dynamics 365 Business Central to the ECM system.
