We provide you with our apps and services in several Linux-based containers. The interaction and operation of these containers is ensured by a single-node Kubernetes cluster.

Minimum requirement for the memory configuration and number of processor cores

Open the default port for encrypted HTTP connections
To ensure that the apps and services on the virtual machines can always be updated, you must open port 443 for outgoing network traffic on the virtual machine (VM).

Our software tests are generally performed with current browser versions. We cannot guarantee full functionality for browser versions that were not yet available at the time of the software release.
It is generally recommended to always use the latest browser versions.
Connection methods for e-mail accounts
The IMAP connection method in edoc e-mail processing only supports Basic Authentication. If you want to use IMAP, the e-mail server must support Basic Authentication.
