You can edit the data sources used (databases, d.velop documents connection, etc.) in the editor of the corresponding edoc automate app. You will also find the associated app variables in the app, such as access data for a web service used.

Configure the data sources in edoc automate
Configure the database connections in the app details in the Datasources section. Enter the following names for the various data sources to make them easier to identify in future:

transfer_db: This connection refers to the local database you have created. For more information see: Install, update and uninstall edoc invoice link for SHC

shc_db: This connection refers to the SHC database and contains the T677KORE tables.
Configure the app variables in edoc automate
When you import the app, you will find a number of variables that you can configure in the app details in the Variables section.
The following variables are available to you:

invoice.amount-sign: Specify whether positive amounts are normal for invoices or negative amounts.

credit_note.amount-sign: Specify whether positive amounts are normal for credit memos or negative amounts.

export.company_id: The variable is used to determine the company number for SHCware:

If you enter the value company_id, the field company_id is determined from the table transfer_headvalue.

If you enter the value finance_id, the field finance_id is determined from the table transfer_headvalue.

workflow.inbox: Specify the mailbox (tasks) where the invoice should be displayed when the invoice is returned to the workflow.
