You initiate the installation of the edoc apps in edoc system control. You can activate individual apps for the individual environments in edoc system control.
The prerequisite is that the virtual machine is connected to the Internet in order to download the apps from edoc.
Once you have activated the apps, a task of the type SyncSystemState is automatically created in which the selected app has the status To be installed.
Each environment has a specific release status. The SyncSystemState task also specifies the respective container image tags so that edoc agent can download the appropriate version from edoc's edochub container registry.
