With this version, the mandatory field check for data collections is now performed before archiving, which means that data synchronization processes with incomplete mandatory fields are ignored. You can also activate other fields as primary key fields for the import in the field mapping for incoming documents.

ID 15212: Implement mandatory field validation for data collections
From now on, edoc archive service will check the mandatory fields of processes before archiving. Data synchronization processes in which the mandatory fields are not all filled are ignored.
ID 17427: Assign and import other fields as primary key fields for incoming documents
In the field mapping of a process type for incoming documents, you can now also activate the import for fields other than primary key fields.
