With this release, we are publishing some new functions and improvements for daily work with edoc automate. As part of the improvements, we have also renamed UI elements.
In addition, we have fixed various bugs and run security-related updates to close known vulnerabilities and ensure system stability.
New functions and enhancements
ID 13397: All default components must work with "html/SetClass"
You can set a CSS class for all default components with the action html\SetClass.
ID 17641: Standardized display of "Name", "Description" and "Tags" for tasks, web service endpoints and flows
In the views, there is now also a detailed view for tasks, web service endpoints and flows as soon as you have selected the corresponding element in the sidebar.
ID 17930: Filter tasks, web service endpoints and flows using tags
You can now filter all tasks, web service endpoints and flows in your app using tags.
For filtering, you can select at least one tag to restrict entries in the respective workspace for the elements with the selected tags.
ID 12085: Rename parameter "Size" to "Title" component
The Size parameter has been renamed Level in order to more clearly identify the function as a heading level and to avoid misunderstandings about the visual size.
ID 12674: Display message if further workflow actions are executed after "CloseTask" or "Delegate"
You will now receive a message if a task is closed with CloseTask or Delegate and the view remains open because you selected none for the redirect. Further editing of the view is then no longer possible.
If another workflow action (e.g. workflow\SetVariable) is executed after the two actions mentioned, the workflow action is also blocked and an additional message is displayed.
Bug fixes and improvements
High ID 17960: Error due to possibly incorrect date format during authentication in "Dvelopdms" data source
The date format for the session is analyzed less strictly. The process does not simply abort if the format is changed.
High ID 18641: "RestAPI" data source does not work and displays an error message in the status
No more errors are displayed in the status and when using the RestAPI data source.
High ID 12782: Security-related update of the software modules used required
Internal software dependencies in the context of the workflow session socket have been updated for security reasons in order to close known vulnerabilities and ensure the stability of the system.
Normal ID 17679: XML response in web service endpoints does not work correctly with texts containing an & character
XML web service endpoints have been adapted so that they use XML-compliant character encoding via HTML entities.
Normal ID 18277: The "Remove Broken Flag" button in the administration no longer works
You can now reset the Broken status of an app in the administration (/admin/apps).
Normal ID 18355: Workflow tasks are not transferred to d.ecs task (d.velop documents feature "Tasks")
You will now receive workflow tasks for edoc invoice in d.ecs task again (feature Tasks in d.velop documents).
Normal ID 18628: Retrieval of files in the "Persistent" folder via browser no longer possible
You can now retrieve files in the Persistent folder via the browser again.
