With this release, we have revised the internal control of tasks and implemented new actions with which you can add and query additional technical documents to documents in edoc documents.
We have also fixed some bugs.
New functions and enhancements
ID 18581: Improve technical control of edoc automate tasks
The internal control of the tasks has been revised so that what has happened in a task is better logged, especially in the event of an error.
ID 19040: Actions for adding technical supplementary documents to documents in edoc documents
You can now add additional technical documents to documents from edoc documents with the actions documents\AddAdditionalTechnicalDocument and query them with documents\GetAdditionalTechnicalDocument.
Bug fixes and improvements
Normal ID 18597: Errors in the edoc invoice service are not handled correctly by edoc automate and lead to an error
In the event of an error in edoc invoice, edoc automate now displays the corresponding error message and no longer causes its own error.
Normal ID 18457: Inactive workflow sessions are not cleaned up if the sessions could not be started correctly
Inactive workflow sessions are automatically closed after 3 minutes so that there is no longer a seemingly arbitrary message that the task is already being processed by someone else.
