In this release, we have modified the DeleteDocument action so that, even in an edoc automate app, you can choose whether the document should also be deleted from your ECM system when you delete it.
In addition, we have fixed a bug in edoc workplace.
New functions and enhancements
ID 20151: Implement a new parameter for the "DeleteDocument" action to delete the associated ECM document
A new parameter, DeleteSourceDocument, has been implemented in the document\DeleteDocument action to delete source documents in the ECM system.
This allows you to decide whether a document should be deleted exclusively in edoc documents, while the linked original document remains in the integrated ECM system by default.
However, if you want to delete a document in edoc document and in the ECM system, set the DeleteSourceDocument parameter to Yes.
Bug fixes and improvements
Normal ID 19995: Tasks resulting from a delegation settings are not displayed for the delegate in edoc workplace
If you use the delegation settings in your personal settings to delegate tasks to another person while you are away, those tasks will now be displayed again in edoc workplace for the delegate.
