In this release, we are getting closer to making edoc contract available as a standalone app. We've also disabled the ability to map multiple values to an edoc contract property, as this was causing issues. In the reminder e-mails, we have removed the company information and year from the footer.
In addition, we have fixed a bug related to profiles.
New functions and enhancements
ID 17287: Customize the design to use edoc contract as an app even without ECM integration
If you use edoc contract on its own (without integration into d.velop documents), a button will appear in the reminder overview and the contract overview that takes you back to your personal start page.
ID 19787: Prevent repeated mapping of an edoc contract property
In the Administration > Configure mapping for categories section, you can now map an edoc contract property to an ECM property of the category only once.
For existing installations, the following applies: If you have already mapped an edoc contract property multiple times, a warning message will appear when you open the field mapping.
ID 19927: Remove the footer containing the year and "edoc solutions ag" from the reminder e-mails
In the reminder e-mails, the company name "edoc solutions ag" and the year were removed to keep the reminder information concise.
Bug fixes and improvements
Normal ID 20066: Profiles are not loading in the reminder overview
Creating user profiles now works without errors. The user profiles you create will appear in the drop-down lists as the profile creator.
