High ID 18971: Batch processing job for "Bulk archiving/re-indexing jobs" does not start
The bulk archiving jobs and re-indexing jobs defined under edoc archivelink > Settings > Bases > Bulk archivingr/re-indexing jobs were incorrectly started only when the IsImport (re-indexing) option was enabled. With this bug fix, batch jobs are now also started automatically by the batch processing job alone.
