This hotfix fixes a critical error. PDF files were converted to PDF/A format and were therefore no longer searchable.

Critical ID 18803: Searchable PDFs are no longer searchable after conversion to PDF/A
The PDF/A conversion is no longer performed so that all PDFs are now searchable again.
