With this release, you can select which type of d.velop IDs should be used for mapping when connecting to d.velop documents. In addition, we have improved the handling of Cyrillic characters and ensure more reliable processing when separating documents by barcode.
New functions and enhancements
ID 18925: Select type of d.velop IDs in edoc documents when creating or editing a connection
When retrieving data from d.velop documents On-Premises, different ID types are returned simultaneously from the Annual 2025 version onwards.
To ensure that the mapping works correctly, you can now specify in the settings of the connection with the module d.velop documents, d.velop cloud (REST-API) (ID=d3one) which type of d.velop IDs should be used.
When creating or editing a connection, the selection field Type of d.velop IDs with the following options is now available under Connection String:
-
Prefer UUIDs (mixed d.velop IDs): The option is selected by default. UUIDs and legacy IDs from d.velop can be returned mixed. The returned data corresponds to the default of d.velop documents.
-
Only use legacy IDs: The IDs in the structure specified by the d.velop documents system are used.
-
Only use UUIDs: The IDs in UUID format are used.
The selected option must match the setting for the parameter Feature.UseUUIDsForMapping in the configuration of the DMS app of d.velop documents.
Bug fixes and improvements
High ID 19014: Cyrillic file name cannot be saved in edoc documents
Documents with Cyrillic file names can now be uploaded and saved without any problems. The file names are automatically adjusted during upload and stored correctly in the database.
Normal ID 18574: Documents without barcode should not be processed, but forwarded to the next schema
If you have activated document separation using barcodes, documents without barcodes or without regex matches (regular expression) are now forwarded unchanged to the next schema.
Normal ID 14122: Documents cannot be uploaded manually without edoc invoice
You can now upload documents manually without installing edoc invoice.
