When working on a process, e.g. a sales order or a purchase order, you can display associated documents that are located in your ECM system.
Suppose you want to take a closer look at a single document or documents relating to a process.
Select a process in the overview of all processes and click on edoc plugin ecm in the menu.
Depending on which feature your administration has configured, the document or process is either opened in a separate tab in the browser, in a FactBox, in a content group, or a dialog is displayed.
Things to know
Your administrator configures in advance how the ECM documents for a process are found based on certain criteria.
By default, for example, the names of customers and vendors, document numbers and the company name are used.
