When you process a process, e.g. a sales order or a purchase order, you can also display associated documents that are located in your ECM system. A web application or website may also have been linked administratively, which you can open with one click.
Select a process in the overview and click on edoc plugin ecm in the menu. If several link options have been configured administratively, you can click on the corresponding option to open the page under edoc plugin ecm links.
Depending on which function your administration has configured, the document or process is either opened in a separate tab in the browser or displayed integrated in the application.
Things to know
Your administrator configures in advance how the ECM documents for a process are found based on certain criteria.
By default, for example, the names of customers and vendors, document numbers and the company name are used.
