To run Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central smoothly, each user must be a member of one of the following roles:

edoc archivelink administrator
Users in the SUPER role do not require any additional role memberships.
Check whether all users who are to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are in the corresponding roles.
