Re-generate deleted invoices

If, for example, an invoice has been deleted in edoc invoice cockpit, you can restore the invoice with the original data from edoc invoice.

The staging tables contain all fields and data transferred from edoc invoice for invoices.

How to restore a deleted invoice:

  1. Click on edoc invoice cockpit > Inquiries > Staging tables in the navigation bar.

  2. Select the invoice that you want to generate again.

  3. Click on Generate invoice in the menu.

The invoice is generated again and your team can now invoice accordingly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
