You can use special roles in edoc plugin ecm to grant users the appropriate permissions for each duty and responsibility.
There are two roles in edoc plugin ecm that you can use to control access to the functionality.
Role name "edoc plugin ecm administrator"
All members of the administrative role have unrestricted access to all functions in edoc plugin ecm.
Role name "edoc plugin ecm user"
Members in this role can only use the following functions:

Display the version number of the application and links to the edoc Docs Center with the software guides and release notes.

Function edoc plugin ecm to display documents that are in your ECM system.
