In the administration under <app_path> /admin you can open the activities via the menu. The activities provide you with an overview of the processing of the transactional data export to the accounting system. Each export is an activity. By default, only the successfully processed invoices from the last 7 days are displayed so that the list is always clear. You can also specify an individual period using the Date from and Date to date fields.
You can also filter the list. The overview shows you directly whether there are any messages (errors, information, or other messages) and whether the export was successful.
Click on Details to view the details of the corresponding activity. The following sections are available in the details of the activity:

The Information section contains basic information about the activity. If the transfer was incorrect, you can do the following:

Use Send back to workflow to send the invoice back to the workflow. Use this option if the data is incorrect and the invoice should be revised again in the workflow.

Use Export invoice again to re-export the invoice so that the invoice is transferred to the ERP system. This option is helpful if the ERP system may have been unavailable in the meantime.

The Messages section displays all messages that were created during the activity. These can be, for example, error messages or messages of a purely informational nature.
Assuming that a rounding difference to the invoice amount occurs in the account assignment for an invoice and the rounding difference is corrected, the interface generates a message with the information that the difference has been corrected and in which item.

In the Output section, you can view which data has actually been transferred to the accounting system.
