edoc invoice link for IGF is a standardized interface for the automatic transfer of invoice data from edoc invoice to IGF/Varial. The interface makes the data available for further processing with the Varial Extended Interface Service (VEIS) interface via database tables. There is no direct transfer to IGF and therefore no intervention in the IGF posting logic. Data is transferred exclusively to the transfer tables provided by IGF.
In edoc invoice, you can activate a company-based export of transactional data for certain events. The activated export function is used in this interface to transfer the transactional data to the specified VEIS table structure after the Complete workflow event in edoc invoice.
You will find VEIS on the IGF application server and can start the VEIS interface as a command line tool or service. You can configure the program so that it retrieves open records from the tables at regular intervals. For more information see the manufacturer's VEIS guide.
