You must map the corresponding ECM properties to each NAV record. These properties are automatically used for the placeholders in the connection string of the selected destination system.
Select a record on the ECM Document Indexes page and click on Card to link table fields with properties.
Enter the following data in the overview:

Line no.: The value in the Line no. field is automatically incremented in steps of 10,000 and cannot be changed.

Type: Select the source of the property to be transferred to the ECM search. You can choose between the following types:

Table: The type is created automatically. This type is mandatory for the record and cannot be changed.

Field: Use the lookup functionality to select a table field from which the value for the property search is retrieved.

Constant: Enter a fixed value in the Description field that will be used as a placeholder for every ECM search. For example, enter the value Invoice or the value Credit Memo. This value is used for the Invoice type property.

Function: Select Function to apply one of the predefined options:

Return company: Returns the value Company from the edoc plugin ecm - properties page.

Return current date: Returns the current date.

ID: Enter the corresponding data in combination with the type:

Field type: Enter the field number.
-
Type Function: Enter the function number.

Type Table: Is entered automatically.

Description: Is filled automatically when using the type Table, Function, and Field. If you have selected the Constant type, please enter the value that is to be transferred to the ECM search as a constant.

Property code: Select a property that is to receive a field, a constant or a return value of a function.

Property description: The property description is filled automatically based on the selected property.
