From April 1, 2025, you can submit your support requests or project inquiries in a newly designed edoc customer portal with optimized functions and a new design.
Now all you need is authorization to log in to the brand new edoc customer portal.
Registration phase until April 17, 2025, in the old customer portal
During the transition phase, you can submit a request in the existing customer portal from April 1, 2025 to April 18, 2025, to gain access to the new customer portal.
The existing customer portal will close on April 17, 2025.
After this time, you can contact support by e-mail to receive an invitation to the new customer portal.
How to proceed after your request
After you have submitted a request to the edoc team and as soon as your request has been confirmed, you will receive an invitation to our Microsoft Azure tenant by e-mail to your e-mail address.
The edoc invitation to the new customer portal contains a link where you can log in. You will log in once with your Microsoft user account, as we use the single sign-on mechanism (SSO).
