You must grant the appropriate permissions to the service users in the ERP systems so that you can fully configure edoc archive service, and the edoc archive service processes can be retrieved and updated from the ERP systems.
For the processes to work, the ERP service users must have the permissions to read the ERP configuration (such as tables, reports, and fields) and to transfer the edoc archive service configuration to edoc archivelink and to exchange archiving processes between edoc archivelink and edoc archive service.
