Overview of the edoc archivelink permission sets

There are a number of permission sets that are automatically installed with edoc archivelink. You can use these default permission sets directly or adapt them to your needs.

To run Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central smoothly, each user must be a member of one of the following roles:

  • edoc archivelink user

  • edoc archivelink administrator

Users in the SUPER role do not require any additional role memberships.

There are separate service users (service users) for certain tasks (import and export). The service users each have their own set of permissions.
