If someone has accidentally deleted the incoming folders or outgoing folders used by e-mail processing, the following happens:

E-mail account "IMAP": E-mail processing is stopped immediately. You will immediately receive an error message under Settings > History for the corresponding profile.

E-mail account "Microsoft Graph": The e-mails are still processed correctly as the deleted folder is initially located under Deleted items. You will receive an error message in the following situations under Settings > History:

After you save the corresponding profile or connection again in edoc e-mail processing or when a synchronization is carried out, e-mail processing is stopped immediately.

If the folder under Deleted items has been permanently deleted, e-mail processing is stopped immediately.

If one of the alternative incoming folders or outgoing folders has been deleted, you must edit the existing profile in edoc e-mail processing.
