By default, you configure edoc NAV archivelink for Microsoft Dynamics NAV in edoc archive service.
However, you can get an overview of the system mappings, process types and processes in Dynamics NAV.
Search for the extension using the keywords edoc archivelink processes, edoc archivelink process types and edoc archivelink system mappings.
Overview of the edoc archivelink processes
In the overview, you will find all processes that result in archiving or data synchronization. You can determine various data in the overview:

You can display the status of a process:
-
Open: The status is the default status of a process when the record (process) is initially created.
-
Released: The status describes that a process has been completed in Dynamics NAV and released for processing by edoc archive service.
-
Waiting for edoc archive service: The status describes that a process has been "picked up" by edoc archive service and is waiting to be processed.

You can view the ECM ID of a process.
-
You can display the document status (writing process of a document) and the data status (writing process of records) of a process:
-
Open: The status is the default status of the corresponding field when the record (process) is initially created.
-
Released: The status describes that the write process to the corresponding field in Dynamics NAV was successful.
-
Error: The status describes that there is an error when writing to the corresponding field in Dynamics NAV.
-
Completed: The status describes that edoc archive service has successfully archived the content of the corresponding field in the ECM system.
If errors occur, you can display the corresponding error messages as required.
Overview of the edoc archivelink process types
In the overview you will find all process types and their indexing definition.
Overview of the edoc archivelink system mappings
You will find all system mappings in the overview.
The system mappings are managed in edoc archive service. All active system mappings have a check mark in the Active column.
If you no longer want to use a system mapping, delete the corresponding system mapping in edoc archive service. The system mapping deleted in edoc archive service is marked as inactive in edoc archivelink (no check mark in the Active column).
Only if the deletion of the system mapping in edoc archive service has failed (e.g. connection error), you must deactivate the system mapping manually with Actions > Disable system mapping.
