If you enter a new sales order and specify the sales order number and the customer, the sales order file (dossier) is created directly.
If you are working with the web application d.velop documents (d.3one) and have also installed edoc D365 BC plugin ecm, the sales order file will be soon opened in the edoc plugin ecm FactBox.
