You can automatically create backup copies of your configurations of the various systems (test environment or productive environment) using a batch processing job.
You can keep track of all backup copies at edoc archivelink > Setup > Bases > Parameters > Configuration backups.
In addition to the automated backup, you can manually create a backup copy of the configuration at any time and export any backup copies as XML files to import the selected configuration into another system. If you need to document your current configuration in a readable format, for example, you can also export the configuration as a Microsoft Excel file.
