The edoc document reader service supports the importing and processing of electronic invoices in accordance with the relevant European standards (EN 16931).
Documents with editing protection or restrictions cannot be processed.

The system does not automatically check whether an e-invoice contains all XRechnung-specific mandatory fields (e.g. InvoiceTypeCode, TaxCategoryCode, CurrencyCode).
