We provide you with our apps and services in several Linux-based containers. The interaction and operation of these containers is ensured by a single-node Kubernetes cluster.
Operating system and virtual machine for edoc platform (on-premises)

Ubuntu Server version 24.04 LTS (Long-Term-Support) with current service pack.

Virtual computer (virtual machine, VM).
Minimum requirement for the memory configuration and number of processor cores

CPU: at least 4 processor cores.

Memory: at least 12 GB RAM.

Hard disk space: at least 150 GB.
Enable the default port for encrypted HTTP connections
To ensure that the apps and services on the virtual machines can always be updated, you must open (release) port 443 for outgoing network traffic on the virtual machine (VM).

Open the port for the Azure Cognitive Services API
In order for edoc document reader to function, port 443 must be opened on the virtual machine (VM) for the following URL range: https://*.cognitiveservices.azure.com
