Create a new filter in a profile

After you have specified the details for a profile, create a filter. In the filter, you specify the criteria and conditions according to which an e-mail or e-mail attachments are identified.

Here's how

  1. Click on edoc e-mail processing in the sidebar to open the overview with the settings for e-mails.

  2. Click on Profiles.

  3. Select the profile from the list and click on Edit profile.

  4. In the Filter section, specify criteria and conditions according to which the e-mail and their attachments are identified:

    1. Enter the filter criteria in the Criterion column, e.g. sender address or the subject of an e-mail.

    2. Select an entry from the list in the Condition column.

    3. Enter a corresponding value in the Value column.

  5. Click on Save in the ribbon.

Next, create the actions for processing the e-mail and their attachments.
