Existing tickets in the old edoc customer portal will also be saved after the transition phase. However, your tickets will not be visible in the new edoc customer portal.
If an old ticket is still open, you can view the ticket in the old customer portal and continue to edit it with the existing account.
If a problem occurs again that has already been closed in a ticket in the old customer portal, create a ticket in the new edoc customer portal and enter the previous ticket number.
