The search from the Dynamics 365 Business Central process is configured administratively. By default, the names and numbers of customers, vendors, documents, and company names are used as search criteria.
Search in d.3one or d.velop documents with edoc D365 BC plugin ecm
If you are in a Dynamics 365 Business Central process, e.g. a sales order, you can use the edoc plugin ecm feature in the ribbon of the sales order under Related > Other. You will receive the search results in the way your administration has configured the display of the search results.
The search may also be performed automatically so that you always have an overview of the available documents in your d.3 repository (archive, document management).
