You can use special roles in edoc archivelink to grant users the appropriate permissions for each task type and responsibility.
There are two roles in edoc archivelink with which you can control access to the functionality.
Role "edoc archivelink administrator" (edoc archivelink administrator)
All members have unrestricted access to all functions in edoc archivelink.
Role "edoc archivelink user" (edoc archivelink user)
Members in this role can only use the following functions:

Display the version number of the application and links to the edoc Docs Center with the software manuals and release notes.

Display barcode documents with barcode tracking function.

Display documents in processes.

Display barcode number series.
