You can check the activities of the apps at any time for possible errors, restart jobs or update the list of jobs. Under Settings > Global settings > Failed jobs you will find a list of all jobs in the queue in connection with the edoc apps.
The jobs include, for example, all automated activities that you have configured for edoc invoice. For example, you will find possible errors for import processes and export processes, workflow events and synchronization processes.
Get a quick overview by searching an extensive list with a keyword under Filter, entering a date as a restriction and defining the number of results per page.
Under Queue list you will find the following information for each faulty job:
-
ID: Specifies the ID of the queue.
-
Task: Specifies the name of the executed job.
-
Failed at: Specifies the date and time when the error occurred.
As soon as you want to analyze a faulty job in more detail, click on Details next to the job.
You will find the following information in the job details:
-
Common information: Displays the ID of the job and the date on which the error occurred.
-
Exception error: Shows the exception of the faulty job.
-
Payload: Displays the data of the job (payload) that was sent through the queue.
-
Stack tracing: Lists the method calls (stack tracing) that the app was in when the exception occurred.
You can restart all jobs with Restart all faulty jobs. To ensure that the list of faulty jobs always shows the current status, reload the list with Reload list.
