You can delete a company if required if the company is no longer needed. Deleting the company removes the company and all associated data from the application.
Technically speaking, the deleted company is removed with a soft delete (a kind of recycle bin function) so that you can restore the deleted company with the associated data at any time if required.
Delete a company
If you want to delete a company, proceed as follows:

Click on edoc invoice in the sidebar to open the edoc invoice dashboard.

Click on Settings to open the overview of global settings and company settings.

Under Company settings, click on the company you wish to delete.

In the overview of the company, click Delete in the ribbon.

Confirm the deletion process.
The company has been completely removed from the application.
Restore a company
If you want to restore a company, proceed as follows:

Click on edoc invoice in the sidebar to open the edoc invoice dashboard.

Click on Settings to open the overview of global settings and company settings.

Under Company settings in the ribbon, click on New company.

In the Create new company manually section, enter the short name under Short name and the name of the company you want to restore under Full name.

Click on Save in the ribbon.
The company has been restored with the associated data.
