In this release, we have improved some functions with a view to user-friendliness.
New functions and enhancements
ID 13639: Display connection information, facilitate navigation and improve maintenance function
Various aspects have been improved in edoc archivelink for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central:

On the system mappings page, you can now retrieve the relevant data used to establish a connection with edoc archive service with a single click.

You can now use buttons in the menu bar to navigate from any page in edoc archivelink to any other page.

On the edoc archivelink processes page, you can use the action menu now to download a document from Dynamics 365 Business Central that has not yet been archived.
ID 31760: Display ECM drop zone only on ERP pages for which the ECM drop zone has been set up
The ECM drop zone is now only displayed on those pages in the ERP system that you have configured in edoc archive service. See an overview of the ERP pages on which the ECM drop zone can be displayed in the administration guide.
ID 13800: Display names of process types and system mappings
In edoc archivelink, you can now display the names of the system mappings and process types on the overview pages instead of the technical IDs. However, you can also show the IDs using the Dynamics 365 Business Central standard functionality Personalize if required.
ID 14084: Making file creation user-friendly
As a user, you can use the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central standard functions without restriction, even if you have not been granted SUPER or edoc archivelink permission.
