With this release, you can now control in edoc archive service the display of the FactBox in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on all purchase pages and sales pages. You can also configure incoming documents so that they are attached to the respective record in the ERP system and the properties of the record are written back to the ECM system.
We have also fixed a few bugs.
New functions and enhancements
ID 13662: Display all archiving processes in FactBox and set them up administratively
You can now display all archiving processes with the corresponding status in a FactBox of a document on all purchase and sales pages to get a quick overview.
As an administrator, you can show or hide the FactBox for each Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central company and restrict access administratively. You configure the FactBox in edoc archive service.
ID 14020: Processing incoming documents in edoc archivelink
You can now configure process types for incoming documents for edoc archivelink in edoc archive service. For example, the documents stored in the ECM system are automatically determined in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using a barcode with a corresponding process type. The documents are attached to the respective record in the ERP system and the properties are written back to the ECM system.
Bug fixes and improvements
Normal ID 14274: "Show data for process" and "Download document" are not translated
The texts for the functions for displaying the process data and for downloading the document from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are now also displayed in German.
Normal ID 14245: Button "Download document" downloads ".axd" file during data synchronization
An error message is now displayed when you click on the Download document button during a data synchronization. There are no document for data synchronizations, as this function is only used for digital files (dossiers).
