Save documents for a sales order using the drop zone

Once you have recorded a sales order in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, you can save any document (e.g. e-mail, PDF file) in the sales order as a file for the sales order. The document automatically receives the corresponding properties so that it is always uniquely mapped to a process.

Drag the document with the mouse onto the ECM dropzone FactBox and drop it. The document is automatically saved with the corresponding properties from the sales order.

The document is now saved in your ECM system.
