It can happen that there are file attachments for a process in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
Suppose you select a task in the default view of all tasks. A paper clip symbol is then displayed in the toolbar. A number on the paper clip shows how many attachments there are for this process.
Click on the paperclip symbol to open the view for attachments of a process. In the ribbon of the process, you can display the documents in the attachment by clicking Open.
It does not matter whether the documents in the attachment are in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations or in an ECM system.
