The Language settings function is only available in conjunction with edoc workplace.
The displayed language of the capture form is determined administratively. By default, the capture form for invoices is available in German and English.
If, for example, German and English are used as languages in your organization, you can change the language displayed by default, e.g. German.
Here's how

Open an invoice.

Click on your name in the capture form (personal settings).

Under Language settings, select the language in which you want the application to be displayed.
By clicking on the gear icon next to your profile picture, you can select a region or country under Formats in the application. This setting causes the formats for numbers (e.g. decimal point, thousands separator) or the date to be displayed according to the region or country.
For example, you can select the language English and the regional profile Germany. In this constellation, the application is displayed in English. However, all figures and dates are displayed in the valid format for Germany.
