If you have an invoice, you may want to see which stages the invoice has already passed through in the workflow and at what point in time.
The individual workflow steps for an invoice are logged so that you can track the individual workflow steps at any time.
Let's assume you have an invoice. If you click on Workflow tracking in the ribbon, you will open the log.
The following data is recorded, so to speak:

Time: Shows the date and time of the action.

Action: Displays the name of the action, e.g. forward. Whenever a verification is carried out in the respective workflow step, the invoice is forwarded to the next stage.

Sender: Displays the name of the user who carried out the action.

Group: Displays the name of the group that has been given the task next.

Clerk: Displays the name of the person who has taken on the task or to whom the task has been assigned.

Subject: Shows the subject with which the task was forwarded to the next step.
If the history is very extensive, you can enter a keyword in the Filter field. The list of entries is reduced to the entries found.
