How do I find and display all subject suggestions?

If you verify, approve or reject an invoice or forward the task, you can change the subject line if necessary.

You can display all subject line texts (standard texts and alternative subject texts) or search for all subject texts.

Display and find subject

  1. If you click on the list icon next to the field with the subject text in the dialog, all existing texts are listed.

  2. If you click on the three dots in the dialog next to the field with the subject text, you can enter a keyword or an expression to search for a subject text.
