Define the update interval and sorting in the cockpit

You can define the interval for updating and sorting the entries for the edoc archivelink cockpit.

To do this, go to Setup > Bases > Parameters > General.

Specify an interval

If you do not set an interval for the update, you must update the cockpit manually in the browser. To stay up to date, set an interval.

Here's how

1. In the Cockpit interval section, move the slider for the update interval to Yes.

2. In the Seconds field, enter the number of seconds when the update should be carried out. Recommendation: from 15 seconds or higher.

Specify the sorting of the entries

To ensure that the entries in the cockpit are always sorted according to a specific criterion despite the update, specify the preferred sorting.

Here's how

1. Select the sorting in the Cockpit processing section under Cockpit processing field:

   1. Creation date and time

   2. Change date and time

2. Select the wanted sorting and move the slider for Descending to Yes.
