You can quickly obtain a global overview of incoming and outgoing documents.
The incoming documents come from an ECM system, while the outgoing documents come from Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, which are transferred to the ECM system and synchronized.
Under edoc archivelink > Inquiries > Documents you will find a tabular overview of all documents.
The following functions are available in the menu after you have selected a document in the table:

Cockpit: Clicking on Cockpit takes you to the edoc archivelink cockpit. The cockpit has been filtered based on the document ID so that you only see the documents that are linked to the document ID.

Go to references: Clicking on Go to references takes you to the overview of the database tables in which the document was linked. Use this function to track the details of a document.

View: Clicking on Show to download incoming documents from an ECM system.
