You can clean up (clarify) faulty processes at any time. The prerequisite is that you have generated your own number sequence for clarifications.
You can find an overview of all faulty processes at edoc archivelink > Inquiries > Clarification.
With the help of this overview, you can see the reason for incorrect entries at a glance. In the tabular overview, you can filter per column and thus sort the table entries.
Once you have rectified the error, the entry is removed from the list of clarifications.
You can perform the following actions for each entry:

Deactivate: This action deactivates the clarification case. The entry remains in the table.

Show: With this action you download the data of the process from the ECM system.

Document: This action opens the Documents form in edoc archivelink. In the form you will find all the metadata (properties) for the document.

Delete: With this action, you irrevocably delete the record in the ERP system.
