The d.velop documents workflow component d.3 mailbox will no longer be supported from 2026. Instead, you can use edoc workplace as a workflow component or integrate the workflows in d.ecs task (feature Tasks in d.velop documents). You can find out how to create a workflow connection to d.ecs task here: Create a workflow connection to d.ecs task in edoc workplace
To be able to use workflow components and an Invoice Reader component in edoc invoice in your organization, you must first configure the components for your organization on the server side. You use a workflow to guide an invoice through the individual verification steps. The Invoice Reader component is used to automatically read and index the data from an invoice.
The following workflow components are available to you:
-
edoc workplace
-
d.3 mailbox
The following Invoice Reader components are available to you:
-
edoc document reader invoice

Here's how
-

-
Click on Settings > Global settings > Server settings.
-
In the Interfaces section, select the workflow and the Invoice Reader.
The information in the edoc workflow settings section differs depending on which workflow you have selected.
-
edoc workplace: In the URL of the d.velop documents file field, enter the URL as the address where you collect the documents in your organization.
